Sometimes, the Lord’s Spirit can touch us through His earthly messengers. He can reveal to us through animals interacting with each other how love and compassion should be, and we marvel at its truth and simplicity. My Spiritual Snacks are in this case my own thoughts. Just knowing I have friends like Carolyn and Ted in my life is enough to let me know that I am truly blessed in many different ways.The blessing of "great" friends is a tremendous gift. Sometimes, even I fall short of remembering everything I have been given by the Lord, but then, aren't I blessed again by even remembering that?

Ted-finally got time to listen to your input on our church website. I am so glad you posted the story from your youth involving your pets and your dad. It gives us such a powerful message and anchor in our souls of the deep, deep love God has for us little blind puppies! It is a blessing to serve with you in God's "special ops" unit! Love you, bro.
